Many of you expressed an interest in getting my friend's Buffalo dip recipe so here it is...

Buffalo chicken dip
2 Packages (8 oz) Cream Cheese (softened)
1 cup Hot Pepper Sauce (I used Franks Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
1 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
4 Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded (I just boil the breasts in water until done...this keeps them really moist and it's an easy way to cook them)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese-divided
Tortilla Chips

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, hot pepper sauce and salad dressing. Stir in chicken and 1 cup cheese. Spread into un-greased 11 in. x 7 in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with chips.

Can also be prepared, then heated in a crock pot instead of baked. This keeps the dip warm during a party.
