I recently downgraded my Cox high speed internet to the lowest speed possible and guess what...I have rarely seen a difference in performance. Yes - there are some peak times where it is a little slower than normal - but generally it is pretty fast and well worth the money saved. I was paying $45 per month and now am paying $30. So for $15 month I think I'll take the slower speed and not hardly feel it the difference! Thought you might want to know!
